This 2-day course is designed to equip you with essential knowledge of AI in content creation, user-friendly tools, effective prompting techniques, and crucial ethical considerations. It supports the workforce to build foundational digital literacy in AI and adapt to a rapidly evolving digital economy
What You’ll Learn:
Learners will develop a foundational understanding of generative AI concepts, including key terms and model functions. They will gain hands-on skills in prompt engineering to generate high-impact content and learn how to select the best AI solutions tailored to different communication goals and audience expectations. By the end of the course, you will: • Gain a comprehensive understanding of AI in content creation using simple tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and Lumen5 to create text, images, and videos. • Develop effective prompting techniques. • Understand and apply ethical considerations in AI. • Build a solid foundation in digital literacy. • Be prepared to excel in the dynamic digital economy.
