Learning Outcome

At the end of the course, you will learn:

• Knowledge on how to prepare the clear jelly canvas
• Knowledge on how to prepare coconut jelly for piping
• How to create Peony, Flower buds, Leaves and Baby Breaths
• The techniques on how to control the tools (hand positioning and movement, pressure control on syringe etc) to create 3D looking flowers, leaves and baby breath.

We require learners to be able to read and write English. Learners should be keen to learn to make 3D Jellies which requires patience.
