Project Photography

Up to 20MP aerial images provide essential data for project managers and developers, helping maintain schedules and budgets. We create a time-lapse video to highlight project progress and improvements.

Project Videography

We provide 4K Ultra HD raw video recording at construction sites, capturing detailed hourly footage. This footage aids in project assessment and documentation. Post-processing services are available to create Full HD 1080p videos with logos, music, subtitles, and voice-overs.

Project Time Lapse

Document the entire engineering process with a fixed time-lapse camera. Monitor progress with real-time HD photos (up to 24MP) and compile them into a 4K time-lapse video upon completion. Our service offers stable, safe time-lapse shooting for up to 5-10 years, essential for project management and promotion.

Autonomous drones enhance safety by eliminating human entry in confined space inspections. They navigate hard-to-reach areas, equipped with high-resolution sensors for visual inspections, thermal imaging, and Gas Detection, gathering detailed information efficiently.

Building Facade Inspections with Drones

Drones streamline building inspections by capturing high-resolution images and 4K videos, eliminating the need for costly, risky scaffolding. Real-time imaging enables on-site inspections and early detection of hidden structural issues, enhancing maintenance efficiency. Thermal imaging further improves fault detection by providing detailed data.

Rooftop and High Structure Inspections with Drones

Inspecting high structures like towers, roofs, and bridges often involves significant costs, complex access arrangements, and safety concerns for personnel working at height. Drones offer a rapid and efficient solution, capturing detailed images and video footage of these structures. Engineers and surveyors can view real-time footage from the ground, streamlining the inspection process and improving overall efficiency.

Infrastructure Inspections with Drones

Drones revolutionize infrastructure inspections by capturing high-resolution still and infrared images of cables, bridges, and railways. Equipped with non-destructive testing devices, they access hard-to-reach areas like bridge undersides and structural beams with ease. Additionally, drones can repeat previous missions, providing chronological images to track deterioration and improvements. This approach not only cuts costs but also minimizes safety risks by reducing the need for heavy machinery.

We use advanced drones and photography gear to deliver stunning aerial and ground footage. Our expert team handles all aspects from shooting to editing, providing high-definition videos, photos, and panoramic images for films, commercials, and more, all while enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

2D & 3D Mapping

Utilizing drones for 2D and 3D mapping provides precise and detailed images or models of any site. These assets are invaluable for strategy development, workflow optimization, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction.

Drone Volume Calculation

Drone volume calculation offers highly accurate measurements of stockpiles. Equipped with RTK technology, drones capture precise photographs of the stockpile, ensuring accurate latitude and longitude coordinates. The images are then processed using specialized software to generate a detailed point-cloud model, providing precise volume measurements.

Construction Site Mapping

3D modeling offers an excellent way to visualize the full dimensions of a building or construction site, providing clear insights into size and depth. It is an ideal tool for project showcases, presentations, and interactive web design.

Types of Mapping

  • Digital Orthophoto Map (DOM): A raster image created by merging orthophotos, such as aerial or satellite photographs. Corrected for perspective errors, DOMs appear as if taken from a vertical perspective at an infinite distance, providing an accurate representation of the area.

  • Digital Terrain Model (DTM): Represents the bare earth surface, excluding objects like buildings and trees. DTMs are essential for designing infrastructure projects such as railroads, highways, and transmission cables, and include calculations for area, volume, and slope.

  • Digital Surface Model (DSM): Captures ground elevation along with the heights of objects on the surface, such as buildings, bridges, and trees. DSMs are useful for monitoring urban planning and forest growth.

A tethered drone system utilizes a physical link, such as a flexible wire or cable, to provide both power and communication to the drone. This system typically supports operational altitudes of 20 to 80 meters, depending on the drone model and the tether’s weight. The ground station supplies power to the drone and its payloads via a connection to a power generator, allowing for extended flight times and continuous operation.

In Singapore, where “No-Fly” zones are established around Seletar Airport and Changi Airport, drone operations are restricted within 5 kilometers of these airports. Tethered drones offer a solution to this challenge. Equipped with a micro-tether line, these drones are powered by a ground battery system, eliminating the need for onboard batteries. This setup prevents the drone from drifting or malfunctioning during flight, ensuring compliance with restricted airspace regulations.
